INTERNORGA 2015 expects 100,000 visitors

 

Over 1,200 German and international companies will  exhibit at the 89th edition of INTERNORGA, a trade show for catering and food service, between March 13 and 18.

The event is one of the biggest meeting points for the food and beverage sector, with expected attendance of 100,000 visitors.

Hamburg as the “INTERNORGACity” has a great deal to offer in terms of new food and beverages concepts and proven classics. With thousands of restaurants and cafés, Hamburg is one of the great hotspots in the world of cuisine, and a breeding ground for innovative restaurant concepts.

At INTERNORGA, anyone can see:

An attraction for visitors

The guest in for “Dining with…” column in this issue is Nelson Müller, TV chef and celebrity speaker at the 34th Foodservice Forum, giving some recommendations for visitors in Hamburg.
