Veggiecus Showcases Plant-Based High-Convenience Solutions at Internorga

Veggiecus is using Internorga to present its latest plant-based, high-convenience concepts for foodservice, responding to the growing “snackification” trend across canteens, university dining and travel catering. Exhibiting in Hamburg, the Saarlouis-based protein specialist is showcasing its frozen range and dry mixes with live preparation and on-site tastings.

The company’s new frozen products are a central focus, designed to minimise preparation time and labour requirements. According to Veggiecus, the items can be unpacked and prepared within minutes in a pan, air fryer or deep fryer, without additional pre-processing. The range includes plant-based doner strips, burgers and schnitzel alternatives, aimed at operators seeking to expand meat-free offerings without adding operational complexity.

Alongside the frozen portfolio, Veggiecus is promoting its pea protein-based dry mixes for in-house production. These are positioned particularly for chain operators and large-scale catering organisations looking for scalable, cost-efficient solutions. All products are soy-free, low in allergens and formulated with concise ingredient lists.

In addition to core formats, the company is introducing snack-sized variants at the show for the first time. Veggiecus also offers white-label options, enabling customers to implement private label concepts with customised recipes.

Internorga takes place 13 – 17 March 2026 at Hamburg Messe.
