The newly-introduced Stone Oven was designed by Alfa Forni to meet the needs of a sector that is showing the highest growth rate in the post-COVID-19 era. It expands the options for the outdoor kitchen equipment market, featuring hybrid combustion with firewood or gas, which bakes every kind of food, from pizza to meat or desserts. The large glass door allows checking the food while it’s cooking without opening, which is a new feature for this type of product.
The Stone oven exploits the ForninoxTM patented technology, where the oven floor is made of in-house refractory materials, while the stainless-steel 441 cooking chamber, resistant and elastic at the same time, ensures superior thermal performances. The innovative smoke-flow system reduces fuel consumption and unwanted smoke emissions. The dome, powder-coated in seven layers, is better suited to withstand bad weather.
