Nowadays, bakers request a wide range of features, searching for specific technologies that apply to different types of products or a wide range of products. They have high expectations when it comes to cleaning and controlling functions, looking for easy loading, low energy consumption, or a proper maintenance service.
Specialists from the German company Wiesheu and the manufacturer of industrial bakery equipment from SloveniaGostol-Gopan, explained to World Bakers Digital and Biscuit World that they developed their ovens to make loading easier.
“Connecting Wiesheu baking ovens with each other is also an important request from customers wishing to analyze the baking process in order to optimize organization”, said the company representative.
This year, Wiesheu presented its new oven Dibas 64 C, the in-store baking oven with additional operating modes and core sensor. The extra functions of the new “C” version of Dibas 64 make it a genuine all-rounder, explains the producer.
The flavor-preserving steaming, simmering, and regenerating of snacks and plated meals provides those bakers and confectioners who want to move into the lunch business or expand their ranges, with new opportunities for an all-day, varied range of products on offer. The manufacturer relates that this oven is very easy to use. Besides its intuitive controls, it will now have 20 different program steps. By means of the new report functions in the control panel, measurements such as operating hours, water, and power consumption can be read easily. Thanks to the intuitively logical control with slide-in timer, staff can easily retain an overview even when preparing several dishes at the same time. Of course, the Dibas 64 C also has the convenience of all the proven baking programs.
