Goodway Technologies, a global leader in manufacturing and distributing innovative technology-driven maintenance and sanitation solutions brings surface cleaning and sanitation to life at the 2022 International Baking Industry Exposition in Las Vegas. IBIE attendees will get a first-hand demonstration that showcases Goodway Technologies’ latest solutions designed specifically for the production process.
Attendees will experience the PureBelt line of automated, clean-in-place conveyor belt cleaning systems which utilize the power of dry steam to eliminate allergens, mold, yeast, bacteria and other soils. The PureBelt modular cleaning system features an intuitive and easy-to-use software interface that allows for customized cleaning patterns and techniques based on a facility’s need. There are special sensors that automatically determine belt motion, optimizing cleaning performance based on conveyor belt speed.
“With an increased spotlight on food safety and challenges with labor shortages, Goodway Technologies is committed to providing customers with customized solutions that offer the benefit of automation,” said Tim Kane, CEO and President of Goodway Technologies. “Our team continues to create innovative solutions that make routine cleaning faster and easier while providing consistent and effective sanitation results while reducing labor costs.”
Attendees will also be able to experience the Goodway Dry Steam Cleaning Systems, Specialized Industrial Vacuums and the BioSpray Surface Sanitation System. Dry steam continues to grow in popularity as an effective method for cleaning in dry environments where the use of water should be minimized. In addition, it allows for a more thorough and deeper cleaning than is usually possible with traditional dry clean tools. Dry steam cleaning can clean in and around water sensitive equipment and does an excellent job penetrating into the smallest cracks and crevices.
