Koenig Showcases Artisan SFE EC at iba 2025

Koenig showcases at iba 2025 its new Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line, designed to streamline roll production with a focus on efficiency, sustainability and user-friendly operation and launched at the last Suedback. The “E” in its name stands for “Endless” dough sheet production, highlighting the continuous, edge-free sheeting process that eliminates residual dough and reduces waste.

The line boasts an “Easy Clean” design and an ergonomic setup, including an externally fillable duster, integrated steps for better access to components, and a compact footprint aided by an integrated crate lifter and inline scattering system.

Designed specifically for the production of seeded and square-shaped rolls, the Artisan SFE EC supports a wide range of stamping tools and integrated inline seeding. Key specifications include a dough sheet width of 40 to 240 mm, adjustable dough thickness between 10 and 19 mm, and a maximum throughput of up to 9,000 pieces per hour in 6-row operation.
