ScanRG GmbH from Aachen will be presenting its pioneering scanner technology for inline and offline quality control of baked goods at iba 2025 from May 18 to 22 in Düsseldorf. In hall 13 at stand 13.B46, trade visitors can see for themselves the powerful solutions that combine 3D scanning, color measurement in RGB and near-infrared (NIR) and efficient data processing in a single device.
INLINER: Tailor-made inline quality control in real time
The INLINER was specially developed for the inline quality control of baked goods and is based on the proven technology of the multispectral N1 scanner. The device captures products on the conveyor belt in 3D, color and near-infrared and calculates product parameters in real time, even at high belt speeds. Products that are outside specified tolerances can be automatically sorted out using compressed air, for example. The INLINER is individually adapted to the customer’s requirements and therefore enables flexible integration into existing production lines.
BAKEMETER: Offline quality control for a wide range of baked goods
With the BAKEMETER, ScanRG presents another highlight for offline quality control. The versatile device is suitable for analyzing bread, rolls, croissants, cookies, pralines, pizza, chocolate bars and cakes. Despite the state-of-the-art technology of the integrated N1 scanner, operation is child’s play.
The teach-in process is intuitive: quality-compliant products are scanned to determine tolerance limits. The BAKEMETER then signals with a red light if tested products are outside the specified tolerances. All detailed results can be read directly on the screen. In addition, all data can be evaluated and exported using the integrated analysis software.
