New Silicone Molds to Create Elegant Egg-shaped Desserts

Two new silicone molds can help confectioners to create elegant egg-shaped desserts, like chocolate or ice-cream.

The mold is composed by two parts: the base B made of white silicone, and the transparent cover (A), which allows the identification of the contents during the filling phase. Moreover, the mold comes with a transparent 12×40 cm policarbonate tray.
