Bakery and confectionery trade show in Russia: Siberia Expo

The Bakery Siberia International Exhibition is one of Siberia’s largest business platforms bringing together in one place professionals from the baking and confectionery industry, major manufacturers, suppliers and investors.

The fair trade can be visited by all those who are interested in current trends in the food industry, innovations in confectionery and baking craft and want to make progress in this field. 
Siberia Expo was established in 2011. The event will be held in Novosibirsk (Expo Centre), November 27-29.
Market experts, namely recognized confectioners and successful bakers, leaders of famous companies, experts from research institutes will all participate in the busy program. The event is supported by the Union of the Bakery and Confectionery Companies of Siberia and the Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners.
Companies from Russia and worldwide will present new equipment and technologies for the baking and confectionery industry, modern ingredients and a big variety of finished products.
Symposia, workshops, roundtables and specialized seminars are organized for the event. Bakery Siberia has also prepared professional competitions to find the best experts in the bakery and confectionery industry.
