Eloma Introduces New Class of Ovens 

Eloma, a German manufacturer of combi steamers and baking ovens, introduces a completely new compact class at HOST 2019 in Milan.

The new JOKER can be configured as convection oven, baking oven or combi steamer in various sizes. 

As early as 1998, Eloma’s  JOKER oven was the first compact combi steamer to be introduced successfully to the global market. Since then, the Bavarian company has continuously developed this competence and is now transferring tradition to the modern age.

Measuring only 52 cm in width, the new compact class is user-friendly, Eloma says, as well as flexible, with a modular design. “Meaning, Eloma does not provide the customer with a standard but offers modular options in the configuration. The customer decides what he needs, as one size does not fit all,” the company announced 

The classic version, featuring ST control, or the MultiTouch technology (MT) control based on a systematical approach with a modern twist, is available. The MT-Technology ensures multifunctionality also in the new compact class and has been extended by a number of functions and operating modes. “If you cannot decide on the operating concept when buying the unit, take the ST control first and retrofit the MT control when needed,” explains the manufacturer. 

The options featuring hot air only or with full steam are also available. Another optional feature is automatic cleaning.
