ADM to Spotlight Regenerative Agriculture and Better-For-You Baking Solutions at IBIE 2025

At IBIE 2025, ADM will showcase how its integrated approach – from advanced farming practices to functional ingredients – is helping shape the future of baking and evolving demands of health-conscious consumers. Leveraging its robust ingredients and solutions portfolio, deep agronomic resources and strong farmer connections, ADM is exploring how regenerative practices and functional ingredients can transform products from soil to shelf and deliver innovative, holistic solutions that support both human and planetary health.

At booth 6747, experts will detail ADM’s expertise across two key themes:

  • Regenerative Agriculture: ADM will spotlight its re:generations program through an immersive experience, emphasizing how farmers are stewards of the land and why these practices are improving long-term farm resilience and environmental outcomes. Through engaging displays, ADM will also demonstrate why regenerative agriculture is becoming increasingly essential for food brands and manufacturers to build consumer trust.
  • Better-For-You Solutions: With rising interest in functional food, including baked goods, ADM is helping formulators tap into the changing needs of today’s health-conscious consumers. ADM will feature key ingredients and solutions for on-trend, better-for-you bakery concepts, such as its range of ancient grains and seeds, as well as its HarvestEdge® line, which includes options for keto-friendly and gluten-free applications, as well as a digestive support flour blend – all sourced from farmers implementing regenerative agriculture practices.

ADM will also hold speaking sessions focused on regenerative agriculture as an emerging and powerful tool within the baking industry. Hear from ADM’s director of innovation, technical support and sustainability, James Scher, for a presentation on“Driving Business Impact with Regenerative Agriculture.” This session takes place in room W203/W204 on Sunday, September 14 at 9:45 am PT and Monday, September 15 at 11:00 am PT.
