A tradition at südback by now, the Bakers’ forum brings the latest industry information to this years’ edition of the trade fair, especially from the German-speaking, but also from other European countries.
On all trade fair days, süback visitors can experience an exciting and diverse program for products and sales in the bakery trade, taking place in Alfred Kärcher Halle (Hall 8), Stand 8E51 and 8E52.
The professional program in the bakers’ forum includes both entertaining demonstrations on certain topics and interesting, refined and new recipes. The Akademie Deutsches Bäckerhandwerk (Academy of the German Bakery Trade), the Württembergische Bäckerfachschule in Stuttgart, vocational schools from Baden-Württemberg, as well as invited experts, design the diverse program.
