Confidence vote from exhibitors to südback 2016

One third of the exhibition space has already been booked just under two years before the start of the trade fair südback.

Trade Fair for the Bakery and Confectionery Trades, will be held at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre in 2016, October 22-25 and a large number of market leaders and exhibitors from home and abroad have already secured their stand position for the next edition of the industry meeting point and have firmly booked their exhibition space.

“The vote of confidence given to us by exhibitors in the bakery industry is enormous and proves that we offer the industry the right platform,” is the interim assessment by Andreas Wiesinger, a member of the Board of Management of Messe Stuttgart.
“Twenty months before the start of südback 2016, important exhibitors and market leaders have already registered for the trade fair and one third of the exhibition space has already been definitely booked. Even though we received very positive feedback from exhibitors and trade visitors in 2014, we had not expected so many bookings at this early point in time.”

südback is one of the most important events for bakers and confectioners in the German-speaking region and neighboring countries. The industry meeting point for the bakery industry is a permanent fixture in the diary of many decision-makers and set new records again in 2014 with 596 exhibitors and 33,371 trade visitors from home and abroad.

südback is held in 2016 for the 26th time and the successful combination of a traditional trade fair and an accompanying program provides trade visitors with numerous opportunities to obtain information on trends and new products, and also exchange know-how and experiences with colleagues and experts.
