Coperion will stage a series of live demonstrations at Interpack 2026, covering extrusion, ingredient handling, bakery processing and confectionery depositing, alongside digital service solutions.
Under the theme “Powering Food & Nutrition”, the company will present technologies aimed at helping bakery and confectionery manufacturers modernise existing production lines, with a focus on improving consistency, reducing labour dependency and increasing efficiency. Coperion will exhibit together with its associated brands, including Baker Perkins, DIOSNA, Unifiller and VMI, among others.
A key feature of the stand will be live demonstrations of the Connect Advisor platform, designed to provide remote support for maintenance, troubleshooting and operational optimisation.
Equipment highlights include the Baker Perkins SBX45 extruder for cereals, snacks and plant-based proteins, and the DIOSNA Wendel mixer, targeting medium to large-scale bakery operations with batch capacities of up to 600 kg. Peerless will present high-speed sandwiching technology capable of producing up to 4,800 filled biscuits per minute.
Depositing solutions will also be showcased, including a Unifiller mini filling line equipped with the Enco Pro depositor, designed for precise handling of particulate products. In mixing, VMI will present its Ultimix 200L planetary mixer, engineered for multi-application use across bakery, confectionery and snack production.
The stand will further feature ingredient automation systems from Kemutec, K-Tron and Shick Esteve, highlighting integrated approaches to material handling and process control.
