IBIE Preview: Habasit Introduces New and Improved TPU Food Belts

In keeping with Habasit’s focus on creating sustainable, high-performance, and value belting solutions, we’re pleased to introduce these new and improved TPU food belts at IBIE 2022.

The improved design and materials of theFMB-5EMCT-W2 and FMB-5EMWT-W2 features greater longitudinal flexibility, excellent layer adhesion, expanded operating temperature range, longer service life, and a lower environmental impact. They present excellent resistance to oils and fats, a wide range of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, and are easy to clean.

These new belts are particularly well suited for processing and primary food packaging applications in bakery and confectionery operations; such as cooling lines, transfer belts, inspection tables, and more. They are also valuable solutions for applications in frozen foods, pasta, pastry, pizza, and ready-to-eat meals.
