Over 350 exhibitor presentations at HI Japan 2014, one of the largest trade shows in Asia
International visitor registration has started for Health Ingredients Japan 2014 (HI Japan), one of the largest trade shows for functional and health ingredients in Asia.
Organised at Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Centre, HI Japan will celebrate its 25th anniversary this October 8-10 and aims to offer visitors a global business platform, with opportunities to drive forward product development initiatives.
Approximately 350 exhibitor presentations will be held this year, in Japanese as well as in English. Last year, 330 exhibitor presentations were held.
Exhibitor Presentations allow exhibitors to present papers introducing new products, the results of research and announce new business developments.
In addition to the exhibitor presentation programme, organizers will also host a “Special Conference”, featuring high-profile speakers, to present papers on the latest developments in ingredients technology, marketing trends and advances in food safety and quality control. There were 26 conference sessions during Hi Japan 2013.
The three day event in 2013 had 600 exhibitors, 840 booths and attracted 40,102 visitors.
