Time for a new bakery show in Russia: Modern Bakery Moscow

 
The 22nd international trade fair for bakery and confectionery for Russia and the CIS, Modern Bakery Moscow, takes place in Moscow, Russia, March 14-17.

During four exhibition days, master classes and demonstrations from key market players in ingredients and raw materials for the bakery and confectionery industries will be taking place.

A large number of new exhibitors will participate in Modern Bakery Moscow 2016 for the first time.

Companies such as Wachtel, Berner Ladenbau, Koenig Machinen, Voshod, J4, Rondo, Miwe, Nizhegorodskiy, Leipurien Tukku, Fazer, Mondial Forni have confirmed their participation.

Many of these companies, including Rushleb, Chimab SpA, Kenfood, Truffly Made, Barentz, Solnechnye Produkty, Neos Ingredients will present products in the “Ingredients and mixtures for confectionery and bakery industry” segment.

Tara.ru, representing “Packaging for the food industry”, will also participate in Modern Bakery Moscow for the first time.

Confectionery Art Cup

For the third time Modern Bakery Moscow is conducting a contest for the title of the best confectioner of the year.

During the three days of the exhibition, professional confectioners and beginners will compete in three nominations: “Best Sugar Showpiece”, “Best Chocolate Showpiece”, and “Cake Decoration”.

In addition, everyone can submit to the jury his or her pre-prepared works on the topic “My occupation is a confectioner” during the art class, which is another section of the contest.

Anyone can apply and get a free ticket to Modern Bakery Moscow 2016. To enter the exhibition, the attendances have to print out the badge.

At the show in 2015, 180 companies from 17 countries presented their products and 11,084 professional visitors attended from 42 countries.
