One 2023 innovation VMI brings to iba is Magnus, a bottom discharge mixer with a cooled bowl, which helps baker handle delicate, soft products or demanding cold doughs. With its cooled bowl and controlled atmosphere, it’s the ideal solution for demanding industrial processes with high output. In addition, the bottom discharge allows for a compact footprint and great flexibility.
VMI will also present flexible process solutions for dough transport to help bakers optimize processes and enhance productivity and flexibility, whether on an existing setup or a new installation. Their automated systems, including simple, double, ground or suspended shuttles, all designed to streamline operations, will be available at the VMI booth.
