Renowned exhibitors from all product sections have already registered for ProSweets Cologne 2017 – the international supplier fair for the sweets and snacks industry.
The trade fair, which is being held parallel to ISM anew next year, again offers a well-positioned information and order platform for the sweets and snacks industry in 2017. The companies that have already registered include Belgian Sweets Design, Döhler, Fuji Packaging, GNT, Haas, Knobel, Loesch, Sopp Industrie, VEMAGand Rudolf Wild. A supporting expert program will accompany the trade fair, including a special event that deals with the theme of ingredients and reformulation.
The newcomer area, which offers young, innovative companies favorable participation options, is also being repeated. In particular, in combination with ISM, ProSweets Cologne offers unique synergies. ISM 2017 will once again bring over 1,500 exhibitors together with around 35,000 top buyers from all over the world.
The sweets and snacks industry is continually faced with new challenges. The necessary adaptations or reformulations of existing recipes offer manifold manufacturing possibilities. ProSweets Cologne offers comprehensive information, as well as represents an important opportunity to exchange ideas within the industry on these and other themes.
At the same time, ISM, which is being staged alongside the event, presents an incomparable overview of new products from all over the world. ProSweets Cologne offers the exhibitors of ISM the opportunity to come into direct contact with their suppliers.
The industry sponsors of ProSweets Cologne are the Federal Association of the German Sweets Industry (BDSI), Sweets Global Network e.V. (SG), the German Agricultural Society (DLG e.V.) and the Central College of the German Sweets Industry (ZDS).
